This is such an easy, health breakfast that is a great replacement for boxed cereal (i.e. corn flakes). Whole Grains are so key to good health and for providing you with long-lasting, sustainable energy. Any time I make quinoa for dinner, I make extra to have like this for breakfast.
-3/4 cups Cooked Quinoa (I prefer left over quinoa that has been in the fridge)
-3/4 to 1 cup milk (I love rice milk, but it is also delicious with almond milk, soy milk, cow's milk etc.)
-Drizzle of Agave
-Sprinkle of Slivered Almonds
-Dash of Cinnamon
Place ingredients in a small bowl and enjoy!
