Primo Teriyaki Chicken

Serves 4


-1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, filleted (making 4 thinner pieces total)
-1/4 Teriyaki Sauce* (*if gluten free sub wheat free tamari mixed with a little sesame oil and molasses)
-1 teaspoon Garlic Granules
-4 tablespoons Primo Blackberry Serrano Jam (or any of their AMAZING spicy jams)
-8 thin slices of Dubliner Cheese (or sharp Cheddar)


Place chicken in a bowl. Whisk garlic into Teriyaki sauce and pour over chicken. Let marinate at least 15 minutes (or cover and all to marinate up 24 hours). Heat grill to medium high. Place chicken breast fillets on grill. Depending on thier thickness cook 1-2 minutes, then flip. Once flipped, place a tablespoon of PRIMO on each fillet followed by 2 slices of cheese. Cook 1-2 more minutes or until chicken is cooked, but still moist and tender. Serve with grilled veggies (we did zucchini and yellow squash) and roasted cauliflower. The slightly spicy and deliciously sweetness of PRIMO makes this chicken SO yummy!
