Favorite Way to Enjoy the LOVE…By the handful! On top of my morning bowl of oats. On top of puffed amaranth cereal. Mixed with yogurt. Wrapped up in a toasted gluten free tortilla with peanut butter, jelly, coconut + ground flax.

5 Things I Can’t Live Without…Family, camera, cinnamon, food processor, and Vibram 5 Fingers.

I look up to… My parents…they have loved + guided me through every step of my life!

I blog because…it helps me improve my creativity in the kitchen, behind the camera, and with my writing. It pushes me to think outside of the box. Blogging has been more rewarding than I ever could have imagined. If it wasn’t for blogging, I wouldn’t have learned how to use my husband’s dSLR camera, I wouldn’t have invented the “buckwheat bake,” I would have never bought chia seeds, and I wouldn’t have so many amazing, lasting friendships.
