Starting the day knowing our granola is filled with healthy ingredients. We add fresh fruit and yogurt and it carries us through until lunch whether we are hiking, bicycling, cross country skiing, or working.

What "Live Free" Means to Them:

My great grandfather (6 generations back), General John Stark wrote: "Live Free or Die" as a toast to the surviving veterans from the Battle of Bennington, which they won during the Revolutionary War.  It is not a phrase to be taken lightly.  Each day we should be aware of what a gift it is to live in peace and our hearts should grieve for all of the world's refugees and soldiers whose lives are torn apart by wars.
Live free also means to live free of toxins which are as deadly as wars.  I am comforted to know that Love Grown Granola is free of pesticides and carcinogens, so at least with my breakfast, I can live free of fear!
