We will forever be life‐long learners. Everyday it is important to do things that keep us healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. One of the best things you can do for your mind is learn new things by challenge yourself mentally.
Even though we are busy growing our company, we still make time everyday to eat well and get proper exercise. We typically wake up early in the morning, hydrate with a couple large glasses of water and drink a glass of juice. We vary our workouts with cardio, weight training/Pilates, and stretching and yoga. Check out a typical routine below (we do this 1-3 days/week):
