Berry Smoothie with Kefir

Serves 2

Ingredients:

-1 frozen banana (or fresh...frozen makes it colder and add texture)
-1 cup (6oz) Plain Greek Yogurt
-1/4 cup OJ
-1/4 Kefir (I used PEACH Kefir, but any flavor will be great!)
-1/2 cup mixed Frozen Berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)
-1 tablespoon ground Chia Seeds
-2 tablespoons Walnuts

Directions:

Add ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. If you want to add more OJ to change the consistency feel free. To make it a complete breakfast top with your favorite flavor of LOVE for an added crunch and YUMMINESS! This smoothie is packed full of incredible ingredients (good protein, omega3s, fiber and vitamins)! Enjoy!
